Accessibility

LRPA aims to make this site usable for more people. An optional Assistive view switches to a simplified black-and-white layout with Atkinson Hyperlegible type, larger text, and no motion — without changing the standard design until you turn it on.

Assistive view

Use the Assistive view control in the site header (and in the mobile menu). Your choice is saved in this browser until you switch back to Standard view.

What Assistive view improves

  • Black, white, and gray only — no brand color accents
  • Atkinson Hyperlegible as the UI font (loaded when Assistive view is on)
  • All site animations and transitions disabled
  • Simplified layout: fewer shadows/gradients, clearer spacing
  • Larger base text and tap targets; high-contrast focus rings
  • Underlined links; form status text that does not rely on color alone

Known limits

Third-party players and widgets (Castus / HLS streaming, Cloudflare Turnstile) are outside full site control. Video pixels are not forced to grayscale so program content stays watchable; captions depend on the source media. This page describes an assistive option toward WCAG 2.2 AA practices — not a formal certified audit.
